Some of the trophies below will be achievable on properties that are not from the Garden DLC and are from the main game.
You will want to play the new Garden quests to at least the point that you can finish the quest (about 70% done) or earn the full 100% completion for a quest (earns you more money and experience). There is a new section of Garden specific skills to earn (9 upgrades in total, see picture below). These are the specific quests that will teach you about the new skills and equipment that are available in the game. There are properties available that will now have the small green flower symbol in the top right corner indicating Garden quests. Play the Garden DLC after finishing the main game of House Flipper. And most Crop Gardens will naturally have a sort of square in the middle for the low vegetables like carrots and pumpkins – which is the natural place for the scarecrow.Welcome to the House Flipper – Garden DLC! This guide assumes that you have already completed the main game and you have at least $500,000 available to buy any properties in the game. The means trees at the back and side, medium sized things like the grape bushes up against the sides too – or at least in lines in the back of the lower bushes. The LAYOUT for this garden should be sensible and easy to walk around in for the people caring for the different patches.
The house might also be covered with vine creepers. There is also no shortage of romantic corners with benches and sweet smelling roses. Flower boughs with blooming colorful perennials and naturally shaped bushes are dominating. If a path is 2 paving blocks wide on one side of the garden, do the same on the other side to give a balanced look. That means if you have a red gravel square on one side of the entrance walkway to the door there should also be one on the other side of the walkway.
How would the side area of the house be used? You get the idea.
There should be a pool area for this type of garden, where would it fit best and how would it be used. Maybe a corner would be for just sitting and being quite while the other back corner might be for exercising or a children’s play area. Say there is a back door to the house with a small porch area – that would naturally be part of a lounging and eating area with a BBQ and maybe Pizza Oven + table and chairs. For the LAYOUT of this garden the best thing would be to see each area as a sort of room for specific activities.
